Which data are processed and for what purpose?

The information is used to respond to the questions you have raised on our website, or to communicate about assignments given to us and services rendered by us.

It will also be used to inform you further about the services provided by The Group.

How long do we store your data?

Your personal data are not stored longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which they were collected. In any case, your data will not be stored longer than the legally prescribed periods.

Sharing of personal data:

The Group does not sell your personal data to third parties, and provides them only if it is necessary in the execution of our contract, or to meet a statutory obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies who process your data as assigned by us, to ensure that the same level of security and confidentiality is applied to your data.

Security:

The Group has taken sufficient technical and organisational measures to ensure safe processing of your personal data. These measures correspond with the nature of the data, are proportional to the possible severity of the risk, and serve to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised change.

The risk for accidental and unauthorised destruction, loss, change or access to your data is restricted to a minimum, but unfortunately no risk can be excluded completely. If unauthorised access is gained to our IT-systems, we will immediately take all possible measures to limit the damage and prevent loss of and/or damage to your data. If the rights of the involved have been violated, a report of data leak will be sent to the involved and to the Privacy commission.

Our website keeps track of vistor’s data, among which the IP address of your computer, the time of request and the data that your browser sends. The data are used to improve the general functioning of the website. We try to pseudonimise these data as much as possible.
